Two IDF veterans, one mission — to take Israel's narrative to the rooms where it's actually decided.

Head of Training, HR & Internal Affairs
Stav Cohen is an attorney practicing international law, and the grandson of an Auschwitz survivor. A reservist in an IDF special forces unit, he was wounded in combat, returned to the line, and kept going. As Founder & CEO, he runs the organization's training, holds its relationships inside Israel, and leads its social engagement and strategic ties with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the IDF Disabled Veterans Organization. With Itay, he carries the vision of Frontline Advocates.

Head of External Relations, Development & Delegations
Itay Sagy is a reservist in an IDF special forces unit and a law student. On October 7 he was critically wounded by a Hamas grenade, and the long recovery that followed is what pushed him into advocacy. He realized that the story he had lived was one most people abroad never hear. As Co-Founder & Vice President, he leads external relations, development, and delegations, building the partnerships that put advocates in the rooms where the narrative gets decided.
